WORKSCHEDULE:

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Work closely with Lead and/or Manager to perform daily functions in Shipping department.
- Work within Safety Guidelines set forth by Williams-Sonoma.
- Perform job functions to productivity standard set forth by Williams-Sonoma.
- Ensure housekeeping is acceptable in assigned work area area.
- Accurately pack and manifest/load outbound cartons on a daily basis as needed.
- Receive freight from 3PL and sweep to load-planners, ensuring load-planners constantly have product to process.
- Work in other areas or departments as needed; cross train in other job functions.
- Use handheld RF scanner and Zebra printer as needed.
- Identify and troubleshoot common issues during the load planning process.
- Reconciliation of waves, scan drop zones, process RTS.
- Pick, Sort, Stage and Sweep CRB/OVR orders.
- Utilize Williams Sonoma’s Mission, Vision, and Values to govern daily activities, including guidance to other associates and departments.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to multitask, and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports
- PKMS knowledge.
- Fork Lift Certified All Machines: Order Picker / Reach Truck / Swing Reach Truck, Pacer.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and be a fast learner.
- Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team – performing whatever duties are necessary.
- a strong work ethic, and good communication skills.
- Job requires continuous physical exertion – walking/bending/lifting/standing/climbing – must be able to lift 65lbs minimum.
- Positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and good communication skills.
- Excellent attendance and being a team player is essential to this role.
