SUMMARY:
Safely and efficiently operate industrial lift equipment including a swing reach, reach truck, order picker and dock lift in addition to using RF scanner to process, pull, and relocate transferred inventory.
 
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Physically and systemically pick units out of rack locations.
  • Inspect all merchandise for damages and count discrepancies.
  • Daily picking duties up to and including execution of picking tasks for DTC & RTL, manual picks, and Putaway as needed.
  • Ability to multitask, and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports.
 
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year experience in distribution, manufacturing or retail environment
  • 1-2 years of forklift experience in Crowne/Raymond order picker, reach truck, or sit down; turret truck experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to operate various types of forklifts at heights up to 35 feet.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 65 pounds continuously throughout the shift.
  • Ability to read and verify locations and sku numbers
  • Experience with warehouse inventory systems (i.e. RF scanner in AS400 environment) preferred but not required.
  • Job requires continuous physical exertion walking/bending/lifting/standing/climbing
