    • Large package / furniture distribution centers located in Southern California, Northern California, Texas, Georgia, and New Jersey totaling 9.2M square feet plus another 1.2M square feet of standalone final-mile furniture hubs.

Here's a snippet of what you'll be doing….
 

  • Become the Maestro of Automation: You'll lead a team responsible for the smooth operation and optimization of our state-of-the-art automated systems. Think robots, conveyors, and warehouse management software – you'll be a conductor for part of this high-tech orchestra!
  • Embrace Continuous Improvement: Innovation is in our DNA. You'll identify areas for process improvement, analyze data to drive efficiency, and find ways to leverage automation to new heights.
  • Lead with Vision: You'll inspire and empower a team of talented associates. Think coaching, fostering collaboration, and building a culture of ownership and excellence.
  • Metrics are Your Magic: Data is king, and you'll be the master of its domain. You'll track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and use data to make informed decisions that keep our ADC running smoothly and efficiently.

Do you have the right qualifications….
 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • A knack for problem-solving and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data interpretation
  • A "can-do" attitude and a willingness to embrace new technologies

We prefer some of these hidden gems on our list of qualities as well….

  • Experience in an automated DC
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Review these physical requirements, as they play a major part in this role….

  • Able to bend, reach, squat, climb stairs/ladders, stand, walk, talk, and hear
  • Able to move, lift or carry heavy objects or materials up to 50-100 lbs
