ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Picking, tasking, fluid loading lanes for outbound prep.
  • Deluxing of all outbound furniture pieces prior to delivery to ensure first quality (when necessary)
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute operational reports, verifying content and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area
  • Utilize Williams-Sonoma’s Mission, Vision, and Values to govern daily activities, including guidance to other associates and departments
  • Keep work area safe and clean according to general warehousing practices and OSHA requirements
  • Ability to achieve established productivity standards

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Self-motivating individual able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), organization, and follow-through skills
  • Working knowledge of WMS (PkMs & Hub/WM)
  • Able to safely lift 75 pounds throughout the day
  • Must be able to safely operate equipment and work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and be a fast learner
  • Able to work overtime as required
  • MHE Certified candidate is preferred
