WORK SCHEDULE:
1st Shift; Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm (Saturday/Sunday as needed)

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • This position will be reporting to both the ECDC QA manager concerning but not limited to the following
    • Train and lead a team of associates to achieve QA operational goals    
    • Oversee daily QA operations 
    • Manage the following reports. PND’s, Transitionals, Positive Transactions, Lock Codes, Wavecart, QA tracker, QAITS, Debit Memo.   
    • Create daily plan and coordinate the QA Picks, Put away, Lock and Unlock processing, Marble Aframe work, Partials, Pull from Stocks, Damage processing, ABatching and HUB inspections.
    • Ensure proper reporting processes are followed and tasks are delegated appropriately with an emphasis on maintaining inventory accuracy
    • Prepare and participate in weekly calls with Network QA’s and Brands over QA vs. Brand priorities.
    • Lead daily start-up meetings, help communicate daily/weekly/goals, and share successes, opportunities for improvement, and best practices with the team. Manage all office and Rework supply requests.
    • Responsible for all on boarding and continuous training.
    • Coordinate and execute on all Visits, RTV’s, Destructions, Trash and Outlet processing.
    • Research and resolve issues and provide feedback on operations, processes, and associate performance
ESSENTIAL CORE JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Ability to multitask, and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • AS400 knowledge along with all Office Applications preferred.
  • Organized, detailed, and capable of multi-tasking.
  • Excellent attendance, and willingness to be part of a team – performing whatever duties are necessary
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A1.)• Ability to succeed in a fast paced and dynamic work environment    
    • Time management and multitasking skills to meet established deadlines    
    • Able to lift at least 75 pounds safely    
    • Intermediate computer skills using MSOffice Suite; previous experience with AS400 WMS software preferred  
    • Forklift certification preferred    
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
