Our Braselton, GA distribution center opened April 2016 and services the South Eastern Region. The majority of product handled in Georgia is furniture from all of our brands. Position Summary
Work closely with QA Lead and Manager on QA holds, inspections, vendor claims, and inquires.  

Primary Functions

  • Manage hold codes related to Quality Assurance
  • Create Quality vendor claims
  • File quality claim paperwork as required throughout inspection process
  • Input concept charges daily using the VAS system
  • Must be familiar with PKMS- San Fran 3 / IM301
  • Confirm status of inspections
  • Respond to corporate requests for information via telephone, e-mail, and priority hold reports
  • Create pick tickets
  • Process partial orders as needed
  • Must maintain and update QA inspection reporting
  • Respond to corporate QA, Care Center, and Store requests 
  • Ability to navigate and generate analysis utilizing QlikView
  • Train others on daily work assignments when needed
  • Must have good attendance and be a team player
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years associate degree preferred
  • Comfortable walking/standing 90% of the day
  • Basic knowledge of Receiving, Replenishment, Picking, Shipping, Inventory Control, Profiling, and Waving
  • Have working knowledge of Excel, PKMS, RF scanners , and AS400.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of basic math (addition and subtraction)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Available to work overtime and flexible schedules
  • Heavy lifting up to 75 pounds
