Description
The Part Time Training Specialist is responsible for delivering standardized systems and process classroom training to ensure they have the knowledge, skills and abilities to meet customer expectations and enterprise goals. The Training Specialist will assist in tracking of ROI metrics. They will provide feedback and conduct periodic retraining where quality or performance issues are noted or when system or process changes require training. Responsible for maintaining all training records. Work hours would change. Off-Peak 6-10 hours a month. On Peak (Oct-Dec) 20-30 hours a week. Nights and weekends are possible.
KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
- Deliver standardized system and process training via classroom and other methods.
- Maintain training records.
- Under general supervision, coaches to performance, attendance and behavioral challenges in the classroom in coordination with Learning Leadership
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication/facilitation skills.
- Knows and applies fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of adult learning
- Ability to partner with peers and build strong working relationships.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred; or 3 years of relevant work experience.
