Full-Time HUB Inventory Coordinator
**Monday - Friday; 9am - 5:30pm*

Position Summary:  Working with HUB Retail Stores, and the hubs inventory to make sure Stores inventories are monitored, scheduled and kept current. Associate will run and scrub various reports in order to keep consistent inventory flow for the day to day operations.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Execute basic waving functions as needed.
  • Daily analysis of HUB inventory variances and upkeep of inventory and outbound reports.
  • Work aged inventory reports to make sure our days on hand number is meeting standards
  • Daily completion and publishing of all metric reporting
  • Monitoring PCNL, returns and recon system work is completed. 
  • Ensure organization and housekeeping of the area on a daily basis.
  • Utilize Williams-Sonoma's Mission, Vision, and Values to govern daily activities, including guidance to other associates

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent attendance, and willingness to be part of a team - performing whatever duties are necessary. 
  • Job requires continuous physical exertion - walking/bending/lifting/standing/climbing - must be able to lift 65 lbs. minimum. 
  • Excellent PKMS (or equivalent WMS) knowledge including handheld, truck mount, and desktop. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary.  Ability to multitask and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports. 
  • Bilingual is a plus - English/Spanish. 
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and be a fast learner.
