PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure all Customer Service issues are addressed within 24 hrs.
- Receive all XD daily and update trailer tracker log.
- In depth research and reporting of Damages to QA and daily reporting of OS&D's to D.C.'s.
- Process all HPO, UPS and Redirect orders.
- Coordinating the movement and unload of inbound domestic and DC trailers.
- Be prepared to help sweep and pick freight when necessary on a pallet jack/walkie rider 25% of the time.
- Processing and researching Invalid Orders and mislabeled orders.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- AS400 knowledge required.
- Organized, detailed, and capable of multi-tasking.
- Excellent attendance, and willingness to be part of a team - performing what ever duties are necessary.
- Positive attitude, good work ethic, and strong communication skills.
- Bilingual is a plus – English/Spanish.
