SHIFT:
Friday-Sunday; 5am-5:30pm
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Research and respond to all furniture HUB shipping inquiries sent by the brands, HUB, and JSB.
- Research and RECON all out of compliance orders. Drive CRB RECON and ensure all CRB Waved/LALA cartons are accounted for.
- Work any outstanding escalations, following through from start to finish.
- Ensure loads are closed daily and proper paperwork is complete for load closures.
- Plan daily work and prep paperwork for transload shipments, scheduling of trailers, X-Dock Unloads, Weights and Measures etc.
- Assist the floor teams (receivers, loadplanners, pickers etc.) as needed.
- Maintain departmental reports on daily/weekly basis, ensuring a smooth handoff.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of Management internally and externally.
- Complete assigned projects independently and work well within a team environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to multitask and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- AS400 knowledge along with all Office Applications required.
- Excellent attendance, and willingness to be part of a team - performing what ever duties are necessary.
- Positive attitude, good work ethic, and strong communication skills.
- Bilingual is a plus - English/Spanish.
