JOB DESCRIPTION
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Work safely and contribute to a professional environment
- Ensure 100% inspection of upholstery and furniture following furniture medic inspection process
- Perform repairs to ensure 100% quality assurance for next day home deliveries
- Perform repairs at the Shop as needed.
- Organization and housekeeping of the Shop on a daily basis
- Assembly/deluxe furniture and stage prior to delivery when needed
- Occasional facilities upkeep and maintenance as needed
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to multitask and be extremely detailed in idenfitying errors and imperfections
- Minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in Furniture Assembly
- Previous experience with painting, wood assembly, wood repair, and/or similar craftsmanship
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and fast learner.
- Availability to work full-time schedule which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team – performing additional duties as necessary.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more continuously
