POSITION SUMMARY:
With minimal supervision, conducts receiving and profiling of all SKUs entering the facility. This position will also support the team with any clerical needs, including communicating with Brand Planning Partners and Customer Service Representatives.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

Physically check inbound merchandise to ensure shipment accuracy

Assign active locations for all inbound SKUs

Systemically input inbound merchandise into DAX system

Monitor dock staging area and ensure all merchandise is put away timely

Monitor emails and ensure inquiries are addressed expediently
-
Monitor reports and ensure information is accurate and up-to-date
-
Research and problem-solve with minimal direct supervision

Multi-task and provide support in other areas on heavy volume days
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-
High School diploma or equivalent strongly recommended
-
Data Entry experience with a web-based warehouse management system
-
Efficient at basic arithmetic
-
Ability to read, understand, and make decisions based on: dimensions, expiration dates, fragility, and product materials

Can function effectively with a considerable level of independent judgement
-
Must have the ability to cross train in multiple job functions, including operating PIT equipment
-
Ability to lift at least 60lbs on occasion
-
Exceptional attendance and team-orientation
-
Business-level communication skills – written and verbal
