The Warehouse Lead position is located in Dayton, NJ.

  • Establish and promote hard work ethics through teamwork and collaboration with associates
  • Coordinate team assignments by balancing resources as the volume requires

  • Control the workflow on the floor prioritizing team goals to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Track productivity, research and resolve issues, provide feedback on productivity and quality related
  • Train and direct a team of associates to achieve departmental and division production goals in order
  • Ability to multitask and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports
  • Other duties as instructed

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience
  • Ability to multitask and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and report
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attendance, and willingness to be part of a team - performing whatever duties are necessary
  • Positive attitude, good work ethic, and strong communication skills

We prefer some of these qualities as well….

  • AS400 knowledge along with a high level of MS Excel experience required, experience with all MS Office

  • Able to bend, reach, squat, climb stairs/ladder
  • Must be able to walk, stand, bend, and lift throughout the day
  • Able to use a computer for an extended period of time
