Collaborate with operations management, team leads, and staff to ensure inventory accuracy by reconciling exception areas, monitoring aged orders, and verifying that all units are accurately recorded in the system for final delivery.
The Administrative Assistant I position is located in Braselton, GA.
You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will....
- Run and analyze various reports to maintain consistent inventory flow.
- Utilize tools including, but not limited to, Qlikview, Compass, CCUI, and WMOS.
- Support HUB operations, including outbound and inbound activities.
- Reconcile daily consumed, invalid, and exception cartons.
- Assist with hub functions such as inventory accuracy, picking, waving, receiving, shipping, and load closure as needed.
- Perform basic waving functions as required.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of audits.
- Analyze daily HUB inventory variances and maintain inventory and outbound reports.
- Monitor aged inventory reports to ensure days-on-hand meet established standards.
- Complete and publish all metric reports daily.
- Monitor PCNL, returns, and reconciliation system activities daily.
- Conduct dock searches as necessary.
- Manage daily email communications related to job functions.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments and facilities via email.
- Safely and efficiently operate material handling tools and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with warehousing best practices and OSHA regulations.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience using RF scanners.
- Reliable attendance and a collaborative team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to perform various duties as needed.
- Proficient in PKMS or equivalent Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including handheld devices, truck mounts, and desktop applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook and Word (basic to intermediate level); Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and demonstrate strong research and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to perform under pressure, and quick learning capability.
- Flexibility to work overtime as required.

- At least 1 year of experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or retail environment.
