The Bilingual Night Lead  position is located in Litchfield Park.

  • Share business information through floor presence
  • Work well with other department Leads/Operations Managers in assisting and trading resources when necessary 
  • Suggest improvements to current techniques 
  • Train and direct a team of associates to achieve departmental production goals in order to provide customers with the ultimate delivery experience 
  • Control the workflow on the floor to include prioritizing team goals to ensure that deadlines are met 
  • Tracking productivity, researching and resolving issues, providing feedback on productivity and quality related performance 

Check out some of the required qualifications we are looking for in amazing candidates….
 

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At Least 1 year in a leadership role
  • This is an onsite and in office role
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Have basic knowledge of Receiving, Replenishment, Picking, Shipping, Inventory Control, Profiling, and Waving
  • Have working knowledge of Excel, Pick Ticket Management System (PKMS), Radio Frequency Scanner (RF Scanner), and AS400
  • Able to multi-task and be extremely detailed on all written and verbal communications/documentations
  • Have Intermediate knowledge of basic math (addition and subtraction)
  • Able to take initiative and work with minimal direction
  • Have excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team
  • Available to work overtime and flexible schedules
  • Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed
  • Focus on maintaining a safe working environment at all times
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
