Lead Merchandise Processor

The Lead provides support to Operations Manager/AGM/Director with leading, guiding and directing associates with minimal supervision, while ensuring that daily departmental goals are met through the Williams-Sonoma objectives in Safety, Service, Quality and Cost.
The Lead Merchandise Processor position is located in Braselton, GA.

- Track productivity, research and resolve issues, provide feedback on productivity and quality related
- Train and direct a team of associates to achieve departmental and division production goals in order
- Ability to multitask and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports

- Work with the Operations Manager for specific service metrics related to safety, service, quality, and cost
- Create reports as requested by the department manager, conduct root analysis, and summarize data pulled from various dashboards as needed to drive improvement & quality

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience working with a warehouse management system and/or HUB Final Mile (delivery)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
- WMOS knowledge along with a high level of MS Excel experience required, experience with all MS Office strongly preferred
- Excellent attendance, and willingness to be part of a team - performing whatever duties are necessary
- Positive attitude, good work ethic, and strong communication skills
We prefer some of these qualities as well….
- Experience working with WMOS (Warehouse Management for Open Systems), Qlikview, Yard View, CCUI, and Crystal reports
