TO BID: WSI Associates must complete the Job Bid Application. No interview required. Associates must be in overall good standing (AMS / PN’s) and must maintain good standing throughout the bidding/ hiring process. Selection criteria is based on seniority.

The Forklift Operator position is located in City of Industry, CA.

You’ll be excited about this opportunity because you will.... 

• Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment to include Reach Lifts, Order Pickers, Turret Trucks (Swing Arm), Pacers, or Sit-Down
• Perform forklift put away and running, focus on transporting product from storage locations to designated dock doors to support on-time order fulfillment
• Operate on-board computer with Radio Frequency (RF) scanner
• Complete inventory dock searches to locate missing or delayed product, assist with tip trailer tasks
• Keep work area safe and clean according to general warehousing practices and OSHA requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Check out some of the required qualifications we are looking for in amazing candidates….

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience with Forklift and Radio Frequency (RF) scanner
• This is an onsite and in office role
• Warehouse Management for Open Systems (WMOS) or Extensive Pick Ticket Management (PkMS) knowledge of operational flow for inventory research on demand
• Material Handling Equipment (MHE) experience with Order Pickers, Reach Lifts, Pacers, or 537
• Must possess the ability to operate on-board computer with Radio Frequency (RF) scanner

• Furniture warehouse experience
